As at the end of August, planting in the Wenita estate is almost completed for the season. Dry soil conditions disrupted planting in early and mid-July, but since then conditions have been generally favourable.
Planting for Ngai Tahu at Dunback and Waikouaiti is finished already. The total area of planting for Wenita, Ngai Tahu and a handful of smaller clients is approximately 1360ha.
